There's a new pearl in The Pijp in Amsterdam, on the Albert Cuypmarkt 22, called Venkel (yes, it's fennel...). Beautiful done this logo ánd the shop by the way...
She sells all sorts of organic salads, all seasonal & local.
Everything in this shop is well thought out and sustainable...ooooh right up my alley..
This shop belongs to Elnaz Bahrami, she has an Iranian background and you will find it back in her salads...this makes me even more curious....
