Here's another Brooklyn pearl...i know i blogged about KikaNY before... It was founded in 2009 by Kika & Sabine, two Dutch girls who settled in Brooklyn. Their goal is to design high quality goods that will last a lifetime- ones with clean, simple lines that eliminate the unnecessary.....All of their products are handmade with traditional techniques passed on from legendary leather smiths. To keep the tradition alive, they work with machines custom-built for their studio and tools from old school suppliers in France and the UK. Most of their resources come from Europe, using high-end leather from Portugal, Italy and Belgium. And their solid brass hardware is hand-tooled in a family- owned foundry in Europe...There's soooo much love & care put in these " i want them all" goodies...
