ooooohhhh i have joined a bootcamp...and it's not a spa, butt you can do it while sitting on your butt and it's really inspiring....guess what it is...
It's really intense, makes me sweat, makes me overwin myself..your perfect bootcamp...
only thing is, it does not do anything for my exterior part...which is growing...; )
