Macha Jewelry

You notice it as well, there's a lot of Brooklyn pearls out there, here's another i fancy...yes...
Macha (pronounced with a silent 'c') is a jewelry brand which focuses on developing unique conceptual ideas, and translates them into wearable forms. Initially conceived by Irish designer Bernice Kelly in 2008, and realized in London the next year, the brand now operates from Brooklyn New York. Pieces are traditionally handcrafted, and often have a laid back, rock n roll inspired feel, replacing the notion that jewelry should be flash and polished. Many items are designed to be worn by either men or women. New techniques are introduced on a seasonal basis, producing an eclectic and constantly re-invented line. The successful Rockwell Line evolved organically from an accidental piece, rough nuggets are displayed in custom made settings with a subtlety that develops into classic forms with the passing of time. The Fine Jewelry and Wedding lines mirror this sentiment, using deliberately weathered pieces that inspire freedom and remove the reverence that surrounds the buying of that special piece. For AW10, Macha launched a fashion line with the rawness of character of previous concepts. Inspired by a love of vintage clothing and it's imperfections (yeey, there it is again...imperfectiosn...i like...). Macha encourages one to one online interaction with clients, producing their individual variations on a theme. Clients can browse products at the online store, find a product they like and click on 'ask a question' to start a discussion based on a product they find interesting. These discussions lead to an ever evolving line which is in tune with customers needs. Collaborations are also opened to artists of other mediums, in turn inspiring new collections. Every Macha piece is honestly produced with commitment to authenticity, using only the finest quality metals, and upholding our belief in fair business practice with our partners and clients. Ooooh i like the ring below, it has a bit of a lord of the rings feel to it, yum...what can i say...this girl is on fire...tie the knot hunniebees...
my blogging key words of all the goodies i write about are imperfection, honesty & authenticity...i think i have found them here...another pearl on mother earth..and in Brooklyn...can it get any better..
i think i should go there...haha...business trip...
